Who is responsible

Aleksandr Eldashov, Montenegro, operates the BadHead project and is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@badheadpuzzle.com.

What we collect and why

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name or nickname. We use these to confirm your subscription and send BadHead news and launch updates, based on your consent. Your name is optional.

We also save campaign labels from the link you used (UTM tags) and the referring website’s domain, when available, to understand which publications bring subscribers. We do not save the referring page’s full URL. We use this limited information for our legitimate interest in understanding how people discover BadHead.

Email service

We use Brevo to store subscription data, send emails and manage confirmations and unsubscribes. Brevo may process delivery and interaction information, such as confirmation clicks, email opens and link clicks, depending on email settings. See Brevo’s privacy policy for details of its processing.

Storage and your choices

We retain subscription data while you remain subscribed and the BadHead mailing list is active. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in our update emails or by contacting us. This does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; it does not necessarily delete your contact record. Limited records may be retained to respect your unsubscribe choice and document consent. You can contact us to request deletion.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the relevant data protection authority, including Montenegro’s Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information.

Hosting and visitor statistics

Vercel hosts this website and processes technical requests needed to serve it. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits, page views, referring sites, approximate locations and device types. Its visitor identifier resets after 24 hours and does not track visitors across websites. We do not send form contents, email addresses or names to Web Analytics. See the Vercel analytics privacy information.

Website tracking

The waitlist’s source attribution does not use cookies or browser storage. It reads campaign labels and the referring domain when you submit the form. We do not use this information for automated decisions about you.
